Game Soup, From Cold Game
Ingredients
Directions
Cut the meat off the bones and chop it into neat mouthfuls. Place the meat on a clean plate and pour the leftover gravy over it.
Break the bones into pieces and combine them with any bits of skin and leftover stuffing in a pot.
Add enough water to cover the bones and simmer gently for about 2.5 hours.
Strain the mixture through a sieve to obtain the soup base.
