Pried Cucumbers to Serve in Common Hashes and Minces

Ingredients

Directions

  1. If using very young cucumbers, do not peel them. For larger cucumbers, slice and lightly season with pepper and coarse sea salt.

  2. Place the cucumbers in a pot of boiling water. Cook until they are nearly tender but not browned.

  3. Once tender, remove the cucumbers from the pot and place them over the hash or mince.

  4. Optionally, fry a small portion of onion and serve it with the cucumbers.
