Spinach Boiled

  1. Pick and wash the spinach well in several waters.

  2. Boil a large saucepan of water with plenty of salt.

  3. Add the spinach to the boiling water and cook until done.

  4. Pour the spinach into a colander and squeeze out excess water.

  5. Cut the spinach into squares and serve on a dish.
