Aspic of Lobster
Ingredients
Directions
Melt half of the Aspic Jelly and pour it onto a flat dish.
Once set, cut the jelly into rounds.
Arrange the rounds in a circle on the salad.
Chop the remaining jelly and place it in the center.
Garnish with the lobster's feet.
