Boiled Fish

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Salt the water and bring it to a boil before adding the fish.

  2. Clean and wash the fish. If it's too large, cut it into portions, each enough for one serving.

  3. Add the fish to the boiling water and allow it to return to a boil.

  4. Remove any scum that forms to prevent it from settling on the fish.

  5. Reduce the heat to keep the water just below boiling.
