Boiled Potatoes

Ingredients

Directions

  1. For new potatoes, place them in hot water; for old potatoes, use cold water.

  2. Add salt when the water is boiling.

  3. Ensure potatoes are similar in size for even cooking.

  4. Boil for about 20 minutes.

  5. Drain the water, shake the pan, and remove the lid to let steam escape.

  6. Dry the potatoes over low heat before serving.
