Poulet Au Lard

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 400°F (200°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Cut the skin at the vent of the chicken carefully.

  3. Raise the skin gently and place thin slices of bacon over the breast.

  4. Sew down the skin to secure the bacon.
