Parsley, to Preserve Through the Winter
Ingredients
Directions
Wash the parsley thoroughly to remove grit and dirt.
Boil water with a little salt and skim it well.
Add the parsley and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Remove the parsley, let it drain, and place it on a sieve in front of the fire to dry quickly.
Store the dried parsley in bottles in a very dry place.
When needed, pour warm water over the parsley and let it stand.
