Plain Rolls

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 400°F (200°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Take part of your bread dough and shape it into rolls.

  2. Place the rolls in a pan, leaving space between them to rise.

  3. Once risen, brush the tops with melted lard using a cloth.

  4. Bake in a hot oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20 to 30 minutes.
