  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until well combined.

  3. Add the egg yolks, orange juice, orange rind, lemon juice, and lemon rind; mix well.

  4. Pour the mixture into a pie crust without a top crust.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven until set.

  6. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gradually add powdered sugar.

  7. Spread the meringue over the baked pie and return to the oven for a few moments to brown.
