Beef Tea
Ingredients
Directions
Remove fat, skin, and bone from the round steak.
Cut the meat into small cubes.
Place the cubes in a tightly covered jar and submerge in a kettle of cold water.
Heat gradually and simmer until the juices are well extracted.
Pour off the liquid, season with coarse sea salt and a little black pepper, and serve in warm cups.
