Treatment for Boiled Ham

Ingredients

Directions

  1. After cooking the ham, immerse it in cold water.

  2. Keep the ham in the cold water until it is completely cold.

  3. The colder the water, the better the result.

  4. This will give the ham a beautiful red color and clear white fat.
