Noodles for Soup
Ingredients
Directions
In a bowl, mix flour and a pinch of salt.
Knead until you have a stiff dough.
Roll out the dough very thin, like pie crust, and dredge with flour to prevent sticking.
Let the rolled dough dry on a board for at least 1 hour.
Roll the dried dough into a tight scroll and slice it into thin strips.
Keep the strips floured until ready to use.
Drop the noodles into your soup shortly before serving to avoid overcooking.
