Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the pudding base by mixing with lemon juice or vanilla extract.

  2. Pour the pudding into molds and chill.

  3. For chocolate pudding, remove two-thirds of the base and mix in the softened chocolate and a little milk.

  4. Layer half of the white pudding in the mold, followed by the chocolate mixture, then the remaining white pudding.

  5. Alternatively, create layers of chocolate with a white layer in between.

  6. You can also add grated coconut or chopped pineapple/strawberries for variation.
