Ingredients

Directions

  1. If using fresh peaches, peel and halve them, then sprinkle with sugar.

  2. Place peaches in a deep pan with a little water. If using canned peaches, add the syrup to the pan.

  3. Prepare a pastry and place it on top of the peaches in the pan.

  4. Once baked, carefully remove the pastry and place it top side down on a dish.

  5. Pour the peaches over the pastry and serve hot or cold with rich sweet cream.
