Baked Potatoes with Cheese

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 400°F (200°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Bake the potatoes until done.

  3. Slice the potatoes in half and scoop out the flesh.

  4. Mix the potato flesh with a little coarse sea salt, black pepper, and grated American cheese.

  5. Return the mixture to the potato shells and top with additional cheese.

  6. Bake until light brown.
