To Boil Meat

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Trim and wash the meat thoroughly.

  2. Place the meat in a pot and cover it with cold water.

  3. Heat the pot slowly until the water reaches a boil.

  4. Once boiling, plunge the meat into fast boiling water for a few minutes to seal the surface.

  5. Add enough cold water to reduce the temperature to a moderate level.

  6. Remove excess water, ensuring the meat is just covered.

  7. Cook until ready to serve.
