Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare a tin box with shelves and compartments, lined with paper or vine leaves.

  2. Remove the molds from the tub one by one and dip them in lukewarm water.

  3. Immediately dip the molds in cold water to remove any salt.

  4. Open the molds and take out the fruit.

  5. Color the fruit using the prepared colors, ensuring to have light and dark versions of each color.

  6. Place the colored fruit in the ice-lined case until ready to serve.
