Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a basin, combine raisins, currants, suet, sugar, candied peel, flour, bread crumbs, nutmeg, eggs, and water to form a nice consistency.

  2. Butter a mold and cover the top and sides with a piece of white paper, tying it with a cloth.

  3. Boil in plenty of water for 4 hours.

  4. Once done, remove the cloth and paper, turn out of the mold, and serve with sweet sauce.
