Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Roll out the bread dough to a thickness slightly thicker than pie crust but thinner than biscuit.

  2. Spread the rolled dough with butter.

  3. Sprinkle sugar and then cinnamon over the buttered dough.

  4. Roll the dough up tightly and cut into slices about ¾ inch thick.

  5. Place the slices cut side down in a pan, ensuring they have enough room to rise.

  6. Let them sit in a cool place until supper time, then bake until golden and serve hot.
