Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 350°F (175°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Line a tart tin with short pastry.

  3. Place a few tinned peaches and apricots in the shell.

  4. In each peach or apricot, place a few tinned cherries.

  5. Sprinkle with a little sugar.

  6. Bake until cooked.

  7. Serve hot or cold, with whipped cream on top or without.
