Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 350°F (175°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Boil the vegetables until tender, then drain them.

  2. Toss the vegetables in a yellow sauce.

  3. Butter a mold and line it with pastry dough.

  4. Fill the mold with the vegetable mixture and cover with more pastry dough.

  5. Place a buttered paper on top to prevent burning.

  6. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 30 to 60 minutes, depending on size.

  7. Turn out and serve immediately.
